(SF Gate) -- Ever-green Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger took a trip to Utah today to add Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr.'s signature to a growing list of Western states and other governments pledging to work on climate-change issues together. The addition of Utah to the "Western Regional Climate Action Initiative" was framed as a big deal by the administration, mainly because it was finally another Republican joining Schwarzenegger (the four other governors who have signed on were Democrats).
